Founded in 2021, the company is a minority, black-owned company which celebrates the strength in diversity and inclusion mirrored in today’s workforce culture thru corporate structure, partnerships, and innovation; continuously disrupting the industry and pushing the line forward. Windmill TPS contends that Employers who use our Talent Platform System™ and meet the basic hiring criteria/matrix by the Talent have the highest retention and increase in profitability and will achieve verification by global analytics industry leader Gallup.
As the new Hybrid Workforce emerges, Windmill TPS recognizes that if a new standard and baseline are not established to properly track retention along with measuring, calculating, and forecasting effectiveness based on our new Workforce, the data and metrics will yield inaccurate information; in all things Hybrid Workforce related. Hence, WindGusts™ Hybrid Workforce Metrics was formed as it measures the Talent’s complex criteria for employment against the Employers effectiveness in meeting their request and longevity.
