Talent has to create a profile but then can engage/interact with work opportunities thru their web/mobile app. In essence, Windmill TPS is merging and repositioning the traditional Talent Acquisition process (necessary and legal nuance) with end user technology in the new hybrid workforce with familiar UI/UX that they use daily.
